COVID-19 Rules and Regulations

In accordance with the latest decision of the State of Israel dated 02NOV21,  and further clarifications received subsequently, Foreigners are not allowed to enter Israel except for the following:-

1. Passengers with valid visa’s and holding Entry Permit issued by the Border Control/Population Authority or the Ministry of Foreign affairs + Approved Incoming Passenger Form of Ministry of Health, Israel submitted within 24hrs of the flight departure.
2. Passengers with valid visa’s and holding Green Pass + Approved Incoming Passenger Form of Ministry of Health, Israel submitted within 24hrs of the flight departure.
3. Diplomatic Passport holders with valid visa + approved Incoming Passenger Form of Ministry of Health, Israel submitted within 24hrs of the flight departure.
4. Israeli Passport/Travel Document holders are allowed to enter Israel from any destination , and may have to undergo self-isolation for 24hrs to 14Days .
5. All the above category of passengers must carry, Negative COVID Report of RTPCR Test conducted within  72hrs of the flight departure time.
6. Any person who already has a green pass issued by Ministry of Health, Israel which has been issued after the third shot of vaccine has been given to him and is valid for his stay in Israel, does not require the additional green pass.

The following category of passengers are eligible for the green pass:

1. Passengers vaccinated with vaccines approved by the World Health Organization
2. Passengers recovered from COVID19 and have verifiable digital certificates recognized by the Ministry of Health Israel.

ALL Foreign Passport Holders (Except Diplomatic Passport Holders) ARE REQUIRED TO GET ENTRY PERMIT FROM THE ISRAELI MINISTRY OF HEALTH OR GREEN CARD TO BOARD THE FLIGHT.
