First day of the tour’ shall start at any time – i.e. in the morning/afternoon/ evening at the first destination depending on the arrival of the respective flight or any other mode of transport. The same shall apply in case of the last day of the tour. In other words, a ‘Day’ shall mean a part of the day or 24 hours or its part thereof

Date or time of departure, pickup, or dropoff, or the content of a tour itinerary, are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur, at the discretion of the tour operator changes to the itinerary.

Tourists are obliged to stay with tour at all times. Separation from the group can result in being left behind and in cases where the leader is unable to find the tourists, ‘rescue fee’ will be at customers expense.

Tour Operator accepts no liability for direct or consequential loss of personal belongings and recommends that valuable belongings be left at home. Passengers are covered by insurance for the tour provided by the tour operator. Neither the operator nor this site cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage

Traveller who is refused passage across a border by a government or authority, or decides to withdraw at their own discretion at any stage during the tour, will not be entitled to claim any refund whatsoever

Operator reserves the right to implement alternate locations or make other significant changes to the itinerary, including cancellation, due to force majeur, weather conditions, operational considerations, or imposed security limitations.

Operator will, in case of changes, delay or cancellation in service provided by third parties such as airlines, border agencies, government bodies, or others, attempt to provide solutions to ensure the minimal impact to the schedule, experience, and cost

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

No refund, either in full or in part, will be made with respect to all arrangements for accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or other services which are included in the Package Tour fare but not utilised by the traveller, or where the traveller amends, cancels or otherwise varies such arrangement after commencement of the Package Tour. If, after a Package Tour has departed, any service(s) in the itinerary cannot be fulfilled or any change(s) to the itinerary are necessitated for any reason(s) beyond our control upon the occurrence of a force majeure event, such as an act of God, earthquake, fire, tsunami or other natural disasters, weather conditions, war, civil unrest or terrorist attacks, government or legislative actions, strikes and labour unrest, diseases or pandemics, compulsory quarantines, or other similar event(s) (“Force Majeure Event”), we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, but shall endeavour where possible to arrange for the provision of a comparable alternative service. Any additional expense resulting from such changes shall be payable by you and any resulting saving will be refunded by us to you. Should you reject our offer of an alternative service, we shall not be obliged to refund any fee paid by you in respect of the unfulfilled service(s), but may do so, on a case-by-case basis

Guest/s hereby acknowledges that all the guest/s who have booked the tour have gone through the itinerary and is well aware about the same and all the guest/s are Medically fit to undertake the said tour. The Company reserves the right to ask the guest/s to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. The persons who are medically fit to undertake the said tours only shall join the said tour. The persons who are and/or who have suffered from any ailments for which they have taken medical treatment and/or have gone into check up and/or hospitalization shall join the tour at their own risk. Whenever on tour, in case of any health emergency or health related issues, the guest/s shall solely be responsible to make their own arrangements on the tour for medical assistance. Guest/s shall not expect the Tour Manager to pay full time attention and/or to provide any medical treatment. It is possible that the Tour Manager may be busy in his work for making arrangements for rest of the group. Guest/s shall solely be responsible for any health related issues and arrangement of medical aid, if any.

Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be responsible or assume any liability to any Customer or traveler for:

(a) any injury, damage, loss or delay affecting any person or property not arising from our own negligence or breach;

(b) any loss, damage, cost, expense or delay suffered or incurred due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

(i) actions or omissions of third parties (including any applicable third party service providers);

(ii) mechanical breakdowns;

(iii) a Force Majeure Event;

(iv) a failure by the Customer or traveler to comply with any of his or her obligations hereunder;

(v) a failure by the Customer or traveler to possess, obtain or maintain any travel documentation required for the Package Tour (e.g. health certificates, visas, valid passports, etc.);

(vi) a failure by the Customer or traveler to follow reasonable instructions, including but not limited to noting and complying with specified check-in and check-out and/or meeting places and times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability to any Customer or traveler for any loss, damage, cost and/or expense shall in no event exceed the amount of the Package Tour fare paid to and received by us in respect of such Customer or traveler. In no event shall we be liable for any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of production, profit, revenue or contract or loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation. We reserve the right to withdraw any itinerary or any reservation made and/or to decline or refuse any individual as a member of the Package Tour, if it appears to us, in our absolute discretion, that such individual is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of the other members of the Package Tour. You agree to indemnify us, our affiliates and our respective officers, directors, and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees (on a full indemnity basis), arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.
